Excellent food , service and atmosphere, staff were fantastic, especially Cypriot, who I think came from the Manchester restaurant, he actually went above & beyond, so did the guy outside who helped us find a parking space ,most helpful! We will be visiting again , this place is most definitely our favourite place ❤️ Parking: Ask about parking & they will go above and beyond to help you, the guy was great !!

Fabulous food and customer service on point, beautiful restaurant

food was nice yet no better than local italian.well presented, not piping hot though. service good overall for me too expensive for what it is.

I don't want to repeat an unsatisfactory dining experience. In summary, this is the first time I have refused to pay the service charge. The dining environment is comfortable, the receptionist and the bartender are attentive and friendly, but the food is quite mediocre. The seafood is not very fresh, and the service staff in the dining area lack any sense or willingness to provide service. Such a service team is truly a torment for guests who come to enjoy good food. Having been to many different San Carlo restaurants, I won't come back to this one and definitely wouldn't recommend it.

Food was bland, salty, and really disappointing, i had the crab and lobster ravioli with pink peppercorns, there was no flavour other than the overpowering peppercorns, and for the price of it i would have expected a bit more or at least a nice meal. the ravioli was too chewy, and when the waiter served some cheese it went in the drinks. meaning another £13 cocktail had to be ordered. For desert i had tiramisu, which was again bland and dry and was a very small portion. the bill came to £100 and can honestly say it was one of the most disappointing meals i’ve had. won’t be going back the staff were friendly and the woman on the front desk was lovely, just a shame about the food
