Good food and nice ambiance. I will go here again.
Vegetarian options: While it's not clearly marked on the menu in every case a wide swathe of the menu can be made fully vegan and every server is aware of those dietary restrictions and can offer options in every category that are beyond delicious.
Best Thai restaurant in DFW! Family owned and run business for over 20+ years. A rarity these days with all the restaurant groups dominating the restaurant business. Make sure to see Tom at the bar. Always a good time at Samui. You will be treated like family.
Excellent Thai cuisine with a wide pallet of flavors to satisfy all comers. Helpful and friendly staff paired with a modern pan-asian interior design motif that hits the upscale casual mark perfectly. Vegetarian options: Dishes can be modified to either vegan or lacto-ovo specifications no problem in addition to the incidentally vegan Thai standards.
Update: 2024 Still the BEST!!! Hubby and I were out in this area looking for a new place to eat last Sunday. We decided to have Thai at this place for the first time. Friendly staff, fast service. Great food! I ordered the Pad See Lew, and my husband ordered the shrimp fried rice with pineapple. Both dishes were prepared wonderfully. Very, very tasty. Freshly prepared. We also ordered one fresh spring roll and 1 fried. Again both very yummy. We enjoyed it so much we decided to go back again this Sunday. Fantastic again! Will definitely reccomend it to friends!
Decided to try Samui Thai as a convenient and last-minute option. I was pleasantly with the layout of the restaurant and the friendly service. The Tom Kha soup was fabulous and the house wine paired really well with it. The spring rolls were excellent also. Will definitely come back and explore more options.
I came here for a birthday dinner and it was perfect. Our server was attentive and made great recommendations. I had the Paradise Seafood Curry and it was delicious! The crab and cream cheese roll was good but I expected more from it. The prices are pretty reasonable for the portion too. Overall, I’m happy with my experience and would return. Parking: There’s a parking garage around the corner that’s free
drunken noodles were horrible that we couldn’t eat one bite. Very disappointing
