What happened to the previous owner? I remember he had an oxygen tank

This place was once good get get quick bite to eat, but now after a few "unappetizing experiences" I don't go here anymore

Food is ok sometimes. But they need to start selling cigarettes by the pack and stop selling them loose because it attracts a lot of drunk and homeless people and most of them are very unhygienic and they hang out around the store drugged up or intoxicated. Stop selling loose cigarettes. They come in a pack for a reason.
