It’s frustrating that they stopped letting people use boxes because they bought a scanning system at the exit door that they didn’t make sure would work properly. So because of this, the customer no longer gets to use boxes? And on top of it, a great idea would be to put the boxes after the scanner, but the manager seems to think it would’ve appear messy or cluttered? I think functionality and customer satisfaction is more important.
