Sam's Club

Just had a horrible experience in this store, it was great at first, then I noticed my bag of sugar was leaking, so I went in to exchange it for a new bag, only to be told rudely by 2 different employees that sams doesn’t do exchanges and that I would have to return it for a refund or store credit and buy a new one which is what I did after seeing the 100% satisfaction guarantee on the board behind them saying that they do exchanges and after confirming on the website as well, I tried to point out this guarantee to the second employee and she simply ignored it and repeated that they don’t don’t do exchanges even though company policy says they do!!! Clearly front end employees need retraining!!! Please corporate look into this!! Will not be back!!

I do not know why a BIG Store like Sam's will have a department..The Cafe..without a working phone number. I have been a Sam's Club Member for 20 years and this is "Unacceptable"..I.will not receive this type of Service from "COSTCO"..May be I need to move my Membership.

I find it quite odd that their bakery has discontinued the Spring/Summer Cake with the strawberries. Girl in the bakery said, "there is a strawberry shortage", but what's even more irritating is there are strawberries for them to make a Tres Leches cake (or whatever it's called).. Hmmmm I see where this is going and Mansfield Sam's and Walmart will soon be a Fiesta Store like establishment.. Pay attention people!!! SMH

This is a decent Sam's Club like other ones. Fully stocked with bulk items for household and small business needs. We came on a Saturday early evening and it was busy, but not too crowded. We got what we needed and used the self-checkout, so very little interaction with employees.

Clean store, new summer season items now on display, good prices.

Awful customer service from the moment you walk in from the disgruntled “greeters” to the second you walk out from the “Sam’s Club receipt checker warriors”. I’ll take my family’s business to Costco!

Store is always clean. It’s was busy but that was to be expected on a holiday weekend
