Been here twice now to get a whole pizza and both times I’ve been told they don’t make them this late. Once was 530pm the other was 5pm.. confused since that’s prime dinner time and 2 hours before they close? Shame since their really good pizza.

Lots of issues when it comes to the bakery department. On NUMEROUS occasions, I have had issues with orders not being received or fulfilled and the bakery being closed due to “staffing.” I’ve had to wait over an hour or come back to pick up solely because of the bakery. It’s becoming very inconvenient. The managers are always very apologetic and kind but it has become very frustrating. Otherwise I love the Club.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered curb side pick up. Waited. And waited. And waited. They finally bring items out, only to find out they're not ours. They gave our order to someone else. Went to customer service, and the employee told us we could only get store credit or wait for our items, again. We refused, asked to speak with a manager. The manager said we could get a full refund back on our card, and the first employee proceeded to mumble obvious curse words under his breathe and just walked away. No apology that he was incorrect. Rude and abhorrent. Not to mention, most of the "employees" just sit on the side of the building on their phones instead of gathering carts when they're clearly out of them. It's sad, really. We'll NEVER return to the north bend location. It's only a matter of time before they shut that one down anyway. Make the drive to the Florence location instead. You'll be glad you did, even with the traffic.
