I was deeply saddened to learn that the new CEO (Chris Nicholas) has decided to remove the boxes that were once provided at the exit of Sam's Club. This change has made it incredibly inconvenient for elderly customers to carry their groceries out of the store. Bringing back the boxes is crucial, as it ensures that every customer, especially those who struggle with mobility, can manage their purchases with ease. Otherwise, I fear that BJ's will earn my loyalty instead. This decision reflects a lack of consideration for the elderly and only adds to their physical burden, increasing the need for additional assistance. It's disheartening to see that the CEO prioritizes profit over the well-being of loyal patrons.

Pretty good experience here today. Love the price of bananas. The food court was crowded but the staff was nice.

Always a great place to find your bulk items for most of your household needs. You can usually find groceries, toiletries, clothing, TVs, computers, office supplies, and furniture. Items rotate seasonly so you may have to plan what you're trying to look for. Gas at this location tends to be higher than some of its sister locations. The staff are polite and professional and knowledgeable. They are following current Covid guidelines. Recommended.

Everyone should walk right by the receipt checkers cause its pointless. For a thief, that's nothing. Makes more since to have them cleaning all the dirty tables and empty the overflowing trash.
