The store had absolutely no shopping carts in the store. So I started my shopping experience parking lot scavenging for a cart. Once I begun my shopping experience a young man with vest a ski mask was so rude. I guess they wanted to close an isle while customers were still shopping in the isle. I entered the isle he put his arm out almost pushing. I left the entire basket and exited the store. I have had a membership for a very long time and never has an experience like this.

Went here this past weekend. Ordered 3 pizzas for a birthday party. Did a scan and go order and when I got up to the register the lady looked at my phone and said “THREE?! Oh no you are gon have to cancel that. We out!!”. So rude!!!! Like I get things happen but I find it funny that as I am standing there waiting for the manager to give me my refund.. I watched two people after me receive a full pizza to go.. Anyways… the manager that helped then took literally 30 mins because the system wasn’t showing my receipt. I showed the lady my email, my app. My confirmation number. My bar code from my app and my membership card … it was a whole thing! I was treated like crap by her instantly!!! The quantity on my app for the pizza said 1 because it was 1 kind of pizza (pepperoni) but the total was $26.94 and then said (3) next to it on the email. She wanted to argue it was for 1 pizza…. because one pizza is $26.94?!? Come on now. Anyways she treated me like it was MY fault THEY had to cancel my order. The attitude of the manager was wild to me. As upset as I was.. I still told her that I appreciated all of her help at the very end even with tears in my eyes and she just walked away after and didn’t say WORD. My husband even looked at me shocked that there was no compassion or anything. I worked in retail for 10 years as a manager and I would NEVER! I would have at least apologized because again I get it.. things happen!!! I should be upset as I have people coming over (at this point in 20 mins) and I have no pizza and am dealing with rude people at the cafe and the manager… OVER PIZZA! I was so polite but almost wonder if I would have thrown a fit.. then maybe they would have treated me with some respect and kindness which is so sad. The last five times my husband and I have came to this store… every single person has an attitude or gives a dirty look and this was the last straw. I will not be renewing my membership and both my parents memberships and my husbands parents are done too, they have had separate issues at this store. Bjs wholesale down the street and Costco in Livonia is 100% worth the drive. This store has gone down hill and maybe some corporate people / higher ups need to take a look at these employees at this location. 1 star isn’t even deserved. 0/5

IF I COULD GIVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ZERO STARS I WOULD. I came in on March 3, 2024 to order a 80th bday cake for my grandma for April 27, 2024 and then a 3rd birthday cake for my nephew for May 25, 2024. This gentleman helped us for 40 minutes designing both cakes. He wrote everything down on a paper cake order form where we picked everything out from the book. I go into Sam's Club yesterday April 11, 2024 to change the date on my nephews cake and the worker in the bakery tells me its all digital now I have to change it on my app. I said I never placed a digital order. He said I would have to call back in the morning and talk to a cake decorator. That was absolutely ridiculous. I went up to the customer service desk and asked to speak with the manager on duty and she simply tells me "he's over there" I said how do I know which worker is the manager and she repeats "he's over there" So I had to walk around and ask every worker if they were the manager or not. I finally found A manager but apparently he couldn't help me. I waited for ANOTHER manager to come talk to me for 20 minutes......... Once that manager took us back to the bakery he looked on their "DIGITAL" system and NEITHER OF MY ORDERS WERE IN THE SYSTEM. I was told them took every paper order and put it in the system. BEST PART IS....THEY THREW AWAY ALL PAPER ORDERS WITHOUT KNOWING OR MAKING SURE THEY ARE IN THE SYSTEM. The manager offered to make the orders for me now but I had no idea how to design what we had because this other guy helped us originally. I have pictures of the order forms that were for my cakes but the NEW system was asking questions I have no idea how to answer or if that was what I wanted. I have tried calling to speak to the Store Manager Fred Hack and he is dodging my calls. If I never had to change the date on my one cake order I would've showed up to pick up an 80th birthday cake and there would have been NO CAKE and a little boys 3rd birthday buzz light year and there would have been NO CAKE!!!!!!!! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

They have everything we always need Always shop there. Alot of things were on sale Reall great deals on paper plates and bowls
