Sam's Club

Just in case you're looking these two products are highly recommended. The chicken is very flavorful. And the brisket is just as tender. Very reasonable price and I enjoy they're easy store pickup.

Great prices. Good selection. The staff are either unhelpful or rude. I went in today when it opened and I ask an employee for help. He said he didn't work in that section and everyone in the section was on break.

I used the scan as you go then I slide to pay on the app after trying to pay on the app it pop up that I had to go to self checkout to complete some steps I complete the steps and pay at self check out they charged my card but the lady said I didn’t pay for my groceries and that the payment would reverse she said it was called a ghost payment or something but the payment never reverse be careful when shopping at this location they don’t do a good job at trying to solve the problem because if they charged my card I should have left with my groceries all they could say is call your bank hate this location.

I love the "Scan and Go" feature. I hate the RUDE employees that expect customers to move out of their way when we shop. I'm not talking about people moving stock or driving forklifts, but random employees meandering about the store acting like they own the place. This guy, an employee, just stood in the middle of the back aisle blocking the way and expected us to move for him. Well, we just shut it down and stared silently back at him until he moved. What kind of people and management do they have over there? No wonder Costco is beating the pants off Sam's.

We stopped in for gas and guick lunch. Food great.

5/25/24 @ 11:40am. The person that was checking the receipts upon check out/exit was rude and was not helpful. My app backed out and when I went back to show her my receipt since the bar code was no longer available... she rolled her eyes. She also accused me of only scanning one thing when I bought multiple things and clearly showed all the items I scanned on the app. I went to customer service to obtain a physical copy of the receipt for the scan code. That person seriously needs a new job and shouldn't be working with or around people.

Love shopping at Sam's Club. It is so convenient. Just go in pick out your items and scan the barcodes on them as you go on their app. Then press pay and you are done.
