Love how food is served in a banana leaf here!
The Beef Biriyani and BDF are a must-try, beef was tender, not too chewy and had ample flavour along with the biryani rice. They even give a small cup of complimentary payasam too!
Service and atmosphere is also good, we should try other dishes, if not swayed by the BDF 😋.
The place looked promising with a lot of malayali crowds, but the food taste was poor. The rates are affordable, but the food preparation needs a lot of improvement. We had Kerala meals (Rs 100 only) and beef biriyani. Everything was was served in banana leaf which is good. The meals were served with aviyal (just okay), kadala thoran, vazha koombu thoran, pineapple pachaddi, pickle, chamandi (the only good thing) and Pappadam The sambar and moru kootan were saltless and were not of any taste. Beef biriyani was good enough, but the beef pieces were not that well cooked. Payasam was tasty.
Was sad that none of the curries tasted authentic
Service needs to be improved
Washroom available
Good place , food at affordable prices..
We had veg kerala meals from here, meal and curry was good but some item in the side dishes was not good, but the payasam was tasty. In short, it was not good as expected.
Just another restaurant serving Kerala cuisine. We ordered Appams, Egg Roast, Chicken stew..
The Appams were ordinary but I guess I am used to having the tasty and crispy Appams that my Mum makes. So don't want to judge much.
Chicken stew.. hmm not that great.. I have tasted better at other restaurants. The egg roast was good and definitely worth trying.
Finally the tea.. was just right and refreshing after breakfast.
I ordered food from Swiggy. I found hair in food/ chicken stew.
