High end, but the food and service are fantastic.

Yesterday was my relative's birthday party. Actually, this wasn't the first time we've eaten here, but because the food was delicious, we chose to have a birthday party here. The food was good, there were no problems, and the server and staff were good. But I felt disappointed in the end that we wanted to split the bill to pay but the server informed us that she couldn't split the bill for us so she told us to look at the receipt and then swipe the amount through the machine by ourselves? And she put in a 20% gratuity amount of about 90$. I don't know how many customers would have to be in order to be able to put in the gratuity (we were 6 people). But I wasn't have any problems with anything in this part. But what stuck out to me was that we wanted to split the bill. Instead, she set up a payment machine for us to do ourselves. At least the server should service us about this and not let us find solutions ourselves with left the machine for us and go away. she got almost 100 dollars without getting that much service and at the end you let us pay by ourselves, it's suppose that should be part of the service. And one more thing is in my personal opinion It was my relative’s birthday and you guys didn‘t have any service in terms of singing for more impressing. So I felt bad about that part also // so instead of 30-40% that we planned to tips her we decided to give her just only gratuity that she had on it

Lots of good food, staff was friendly and helpful. The flank steak and the pineapple were my favorites; I look forward my next visit. Visited for my daughter's 21st! We got a last minute reservation but the staff was super awesome. Service was great and while it was the end of the night we didn't feel hurried. They did a great of making us feel welcome and respected. My kids all left filled to the brim and really happy.

I was trying to email the restaurant instead of leaving a review but there isn't a way to contact them anywhere. We arrived with a group of 14 and our table was waiting for us. The waiter was terrible. After explaining the way everything works and taking our drink order, he disappeared for a long time. it took almost 15 minutes to get two bottles of wine, after getting everyone there drinks, he did not return until after we were done eating, and flipped the block to red, to ask if we needed more drinks. Not only did you miss out on selling more wine, you also did not make sure the other mix drinks were being refilled as needed. At the end when they told us 20% tip was atomically added the meal I figured out why he was so bad. Why work for your tips with a big when you are guaranteed them, at that point you go make sure the small groups are happy so they also leave you a big tip. Disappointed. The food was good

Visited today for Easter brunch. Not our first visit. As always, love the atmosphere and the food. Staff are always very pleasant. The amount and variety of food is well above average. There were 7 meats being carved at the table today. Ham, pork, chicken, sausage, lamb and two types of beef. In addition to the cinnamon dusted pineapple. All were excellent. The buffet food was very good with a few small exceptions. The lamb ragu was not good. The noodles were very overcooked and mushy. The breakfast potatoes were also way overdone. However, all the salads, the eggs, bacon, very large shrimp, cheeses, veggies and all the desserts were definitely on point. As a matter of fact I tried 9 desserts and 8 of them were excellent. My husband said his brandy old fashioned was excellent. I initially ordered a chocolate martini (my ho to drink) and it was NOT good. I asked our waitress to take it away and bring me a sparkling wine (the sweetest they offer) instead. Honestly, not impressed with that either but by that point I'd given up on getting a good drink. That was disappointing considering we used to get good chocolate martinis here in the past. All in all it was a nice meal and we will be back again. But I really hope they can figure out the bar/drink situation before we return as I generally have 2-3 drinks per meal.
