Stopped in for lunch with our friends after the Detroit Free Press Marathon. Blown away with the food; everything was amazing and we were happy to bring leftovers home.

Good italian food. Good service.

veal piccata - 1/5 - overcooked, tasted soapy? was cooked with mushrooms for some reason and not a single caper... not piccata sauce tiramisu - 2/5 not traditional tiramisu, missing the layers of mascarpone calamari - 3.5/5 - light and crispy, good texture, great marinara for dipping, but lacked flavor, needed salt caesar salad - 3.5/5 - good homemade croutons, dressing was interesting.... had a good flavor profile but tasted grainy? VERY EXPENSIVE for quantities

Chicken Marsala, Chicken Francese & a Pumpkin spice Espresso Martini! Food and service are always tasty and great quality for a reasonable price. They even accommodated changing my chicken to a non breaded options so it was less gluten. Been coming here for years and will continue! Bravo 👏

The pasta i got had no flavor. my mom only got 3 meatballs and it cost her $16. i wouldn’t eat here again

I ask for Fruita di mari with red sauce. Nope. They made it with clam sauce. The pasta is great. My other guest enjoyed their meals. Oh that Minstronie soup is to die for

Service awful. Salmon salad overcooked nothing on it but cranberries and sunflower seeds. Not worth the money. I used to love Going here but since Debbie left it sucks

My husband and I had dinner at Salvatore the other night. Wonderful service and food!!! Wonderful waitress.. I think her name was Emily not sure.. she’s the sister to the waitress Erica that use to work there and got married and had to move with her husband! Both Italian wonderful waitresses!!! For years we’ve been coming in there and their service is great!! Food also!! The Eastpointe location is better than the grosse pointe location!! Good food good service and that good ole Frank Sinatra music with dinner how I love that just sets the ambiance for a great evening!! This place is my whole family’s place to eat favorite including my 26 year old grandaughter!!

The food is hit or miss , the first time I tried it was delicious the second time it tasted like greasy alfredo
