Salsas Cocina Daytona was created with the idea of bringing a new, modern Mexican experience to the Middleburg area. We carry the flavors of Mexico together by featuring region-specific flavors in our unique menu. Dishes such as our Mole Poblano originated in the State of Puebla; Carnitas reflect the State of Michoacan; and Mole Verde from Oaxaca. This ingenuity carries over into our extensive selection of handmade margaritas and cocktails.
