Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill

It was an adventure coming to just to take queso and chips… walked hear someone in the back they did say anything… waited then someone was by the table putting down their apron! and didn’t acknowledge us!!

It was in the mall. For a food court restaurant, I was highly impressed!

Great pork bowls! Very similar to Moes but better because they have pork! I would absolutely order again and I hope they expand to Virginia!

Staff constantly plays loud music in the parking lot disturbing all the residents here. One man in particular with the red sedan will sit outside and blast music loud enough to rattle the windows. Ask him to turn it down and he doesn’t he just comes back the next day and does it all over again. Please tell your staff to be mindful of the people that live here.

I’ve been patronizing this Salsarita’s since 2006, but never again. I door dashed from them and I live at least 15-20 minutes away, but it’s the closest salsarita’s that delivers. They brought me the wrong drink. I called them (at 8:29 pm Jan. 4, 2023)and this young, rude, attitudinal, girl answered the phone and told me it wasn’t her fault and that door dash ppl fix the drinks and she hung up one me. I called right back and she answered. I asked her to please don’t be rude and don’t hang up on me and to please be professional. Again, she said it was the door dash person, not them. I called the door dasher and he said he was sorry and that he didn’t fix my drink and said the cashier handed him my drink, so I was hearing two different things. I called the door dash office and I was told Door dashers don’t fix the drinks. So whoever you have working the register and answering the phones in 1/4/24 at 8:29 pm, please train them in customer service. Do better!!

Ordered the Taco Bar for my Christmas Eve family gathering for pickup. When I arrived the food was ready! The on-site service was excellent & everything was exactly as it had been described by Tenisha my Salsaritas assistant for their catered services who was thorough, knowledgeable & answered all my questions. My family enjoyed it all so much that it was suggested we might start it as a yearly tradition.

We order takeout several times from Salsarita's, usual for Taco Tuesday dinner night. Depending on time, the food (looks dried out or not rotated ie beef) and the service (shift change over) is less friendly. Perhaps adjusting shift starting time or at least more focus on food rotation (refresh during key periods)
