Salsa Burrito Downtown Reading

I have only tried their nachos and I love them. I wish they had 2 sizes like a small and regular, sometimes I cannot finish the entire thing. They now have the combo which includes a drink and either 2 cookies or a bag of chips. The prices are going up so sometimes I only go there once a week instead of the 3 I used to. They have a punch card thing, so if you buy 10 items or purchases you get the next purchase free, I was really upset that I had gone so many times and not once did the employee ask me until I saw one employee punch a card to a customer and I said No, I come here all the time, can I get a punch card too.

Often notice a difference from when you order online vs ordering in person at the downtown Reading site. Many times when doing online, the order is wrong- missing items, not the correct items, order went to someone else. Much better to order in person.

If you're looking for more traditional style tacos this is not it. If you're looking for Americanized taco place then this is it. Tacos are a bit overpriced imo but I suspect the office people by them don't care too much about it. Food is okay, probably 6/10 because it lacks the spice and flavors. The steak is very underseasoned. It's great they have like juice available though.

My burrito was great. Very reasonable prices. Hubby liked the chips and salsa.

Any time I have been in there, the food is fresh, tasty and the service is great. The boom boom sauce is not over the top hot but enough to satisfy my need for heat.

This place is the best!!! Penn street has the best staff as well.

Excellent food! Inexpensive prices.
