Established in 2017. It began with Marisols Tacos approximately 28 years ago. Just an ordinary taco truck in El Monte, CA. 15 years later taco Shop is born from the original founder El Chino. With almost 20 years to date, El Chino still seen often at the original shop making tacos, and sometimes even at my shop here in Santa Ana, given the opportunity and potential for growth for the business I bring the name and great food to Orange County, now under direct ownership of Sal’s Tacos a la Mexicana with the same recipe with added plates. 5 years later our roots are growing in Orange County thanks to all you diverse customers that continue to support us.
