Fool is okay, but it’s the same thing all the time and makes you go somewhere else. They should also change their “premium dishes more often and without hot peppers or jalapeños..

Ordered from catering menu, did not disappoint. Portions are generous. Would order again. Thank you.

The super greens on 9/16/24 were so packed with raw or undercooked garlic that I could taste nothing but garlic, and I’ve been in really bad stomach pain for several hours now after eating them (it feels like maybe acid reflux?). I’ve never had this happen with the super greens at any other Panda Express location and I normally can’t even taste that there’s garlic in it, so they had to have done something weird today. The employees I interacted with when ordering today were super nice, but the food quality issue with the super greens has seriously ruined my day and no matter what I do the stomach pain will not go away, please don’t pack the super greens full of raw garlic!

We ordered 3 bowls. 2 chow me in and one rice. They mixed up our order something horrible. I ended with the crap plate. I ordered chicken with chow mein. I ended up with beef and rice. I can't.

I ordered a plate with beef and broccoli and teriyaki chicken. The chicken had zero teriyaki sauce and this photo shows every piece of beef included. This is absolutely not worth the cost.

While waiting for my order, which was not yet ready, a staff member wearing a name tag that said “DYAMOND” suddenly asked me to pay. Although I understood the need for payment, she walked away before the transaction was completed, and as a result, I couldn’t mention that I wanted to use a discount coupon. Right after the payment was processed, she returned, and when I told her I wanted to use the coupon, she said it was too late and that I could use it next time. If she had at least given me the chance to request using the coupon, I wouldn’t be writing this complaint. Not only that, but I don’t understand why such rude staff are placed at the front. I am paying for my meal, and this experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth.

I ordered a 2 item combo plate and one was mushroom chicken but I think they forgot the Chicken. I only found 2 tiny pieces. This is very frustrating since food is so expensive now.

Absolutely Terrible!!! I went through the drive thru, ordering was fine, but upon receiving the food and asking for soy sauce and hot sauce, I was first ignored as the worker was too busy talking to her coworker. I asked again and was hit with pure rudeness. I wouldn't even left a review if this was it, I came back home opened the food and not only was it incorrect, but chow mein only had cabbages, broccoli beef had 2 pieces of meat and full of only broccoli, and kungpao chicken was literally all vegetables with a bit of exaggeration. Never coming back to this location
