Sal’s Pizzeria has been operating in Cotati for over a decade, sharing family recipes from Sicily and recreating the warm cultural hospitably of Italy. The new owners have remodeled the interior and revamped the menu brining a whole new look along with new homemade menu items but still offering the same great taste as always at Sal’s. We are a family run and operated business. We do our best to use locally sourced ingredients and support farmers and business with environmental integrity. We take pride in offering our guests meals made with love and being mindful and selective about where our food products come from. We offer pizza, calzones, sandwiches, salads, ice cream and more!
