Mai and family and team are wonderful people and serve good food
Mae, the owner is always so sweet and accommodating, especially when we bring our ADA needs friend who’s in his 80’s.
The food is fantastic and consistent, especially when picking your spice level 0-5. 🌶️
We recently celebrated my dad’s birthday and they took wonderful care of us, a party of 9, including our ADA friend. I highly recommend the yellow curry, drunken noodles and pineapple fried rice.
Always an amazing experience. The food is delicious, customer service is amazing. It’s down the street from my house and my go to! My kids love the Tom yum soup with white rice . They actually eat!
Unfortunately, they can't keep their posted business hours. Evidently, if they're slow, they're going to close early, and you'll have waisted your time. The manager actually told me that I should have called to make sure they're open during their posted business hours. Amazing! In response to the owners comments, I arrived 1 hour before closing and was turned away. You need to stop hiring children to manage your restaurants.
If you want authentic, consistent, hot, delicious Thai food than Sala Thai is the place! As someone who has traveled extensively, as well as being very particular, I always grade my meals against Sala. The owner. May, has carried her parent’s legacy with exceptional hospitality, and making you feel like a member of their family. The curry’s, the soups, the noodle dishes and satay’s are the best in the valley. If you go I hope that Austin is your server. He’s knowledgeable and very efficient. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!
We had heard so many great things about this place but the recent reviews seemed to contradict what we’ve been told. We decided to give it a try for ourselves and the food was underwhelming. Thai fried rice had cold clumps of white rice un-fried, mixed with burnt eggs and raw veggies. Maybe this place was good in the past but we won’t be returning.
I didn't get too many pics since everything was so yummy looking, we dove right in! Everything tasted as great as they looked. We ordered panang curry with chicken, pad see ew, fried catfish with panang sauce, papaya salad with mini crabs, and tom yum soup. The setting is laid back, servers are attentive and kind.
Absolutely fantastic shrimp curry!
Pricey but really really good and authentic! Great service too!
