Sakura Terrace Japanese Restaurant

came here yesterday for the first time for lunch, and will hopefully be back again in the future as it was great the food is delicious, and reasonably priced; we got 8pc cucumber hosumaki (very delicious! and came with wasabi and ginger on the side, there is also soy sauce provided on every table) , chicken teriyaki don and pork ramen (in the pictures, both amazing too) . the food also arrived fairly quickly, maybe partly due to the fact we were in when it opened at 12 but still nice to not have to wait so long! the food came out hot and very flavourful. the rice was a great texture service was very good - there was a lovely polite lady working all the tables and i hope she has a great day. the venue itself is beautiful and has a lovely atmosphere. Not too far of a walk from bournemouth town centre too (roughly 10-15 mins depending on your pace) if you were to get the bus. i dont believe there is a step into the door so wheelchair users should be fine (although my memory is not the best) but the rest of the restaurant is flat ground. they take cash! there is also a 10% service charge at the end added to your bill - just something to keep in mind when ordering :) our meal came to just under £30 to pay which i feel was reasonably priced for such a great experience.

What a fantastic restaurant! I have been to Bournemouth twice now and I've been to this restaurant multiple times on both visits. The sushi selection is varied and every roll,, piece and dish is just incredible. And there is so much detail made to the presentation also which is important with adll food but makes sushi just that much more enjoyable to look at before you eat it. I have been with a large group for lunch and they were able to get us all fed and out the door in a time limit that worked well for us. Even the non-sushi eaters in the group had a large variety of food to choose from and enjoyed their food too.

Just returned while here. Another lovely meal. Very friendly and welcoming for the dog. Well worth a visit

We enjoyed a great evening meal here, the food was very authentic and warm sake was fantastic. The value was so good I would recommend this to anyone even if you have not been or tried Japanese before. This is so good.

Best sushi I ever tasted and the staff are sooo nice and friendly will definitely come again. Visited from Maidstone but will be coming again everything I come back to Bournemouth.

I like this Japanese restaurant the service is very good and the food is very delicious and the toilet and all the restaurant is very clean and I'm very enjoy this restaurant,the staff is very funny to customer and I like this restaurant we order the food much, but it not expensive! We really enjoyed our food very fresh and light. We had bento box salmon and California rolls it was delicious.
