Fresh. Smells good. 20% off at the end of the day. Atmosphere is irrelevant it's just a shop to buy bake goods...not to sit down and eat. So I'll rate it 5/5.

A great bakery in the far entrance in Coquitlam Center mall. Always fresh bakery items to be grabbed here.

Delicious pastel de Nata!

On May 21, I placed an order for a mango cake to be picked up at 10am on May 23 for a birthday. However, on May 22, Saint Germain called me saying the cake would not be available until 12pm on May 23. Then on the morning of May 23 at 9:40am, they called again to say the cake could not be made due to unripe mangoes. This is a very last minute cancellation for an important birthday event. I was told to come to the store for a refund. When I arrived at the bakery, I noticed three whole mango cakes displayed for sale. When I asked if they were fresh, the staff told me they were made with fresh mangos that morning. This is very unprofessional, dishonest, and unethical behaviour from Saint Germain. I have asked how this could happen, and no one has been able to provide me with an explanation. Because of this I was left scrambling to find a birthday cake last minute.
