Saigon Bistro

The 1 star is for the Asian male waiter who was working in the restaurant tonight. A group of 4 of us wanted to have dinner here tonight. There were 2 tables that hadn't been taken. We asked if we could combine the 2 tables to accommodate all 4 of us. An Asian male waiter immediately said the space would be too crowded and that we'd need to wait for 40 minutes. Another group of 5 people was dining there, and they kindly offered to spare a table for us, but the same waiter declined their suggestion immediately again, saying it would make it too crowded as well. We've never been to a place that tried so hard to avoid having customers stay. Especially there were only 2 groups of people dining there. My husband and I have ordered from Saigon Bistro on Uber Eats at least 20 times in the past couple of years, but this is the first time we've come to the restaurant and won't be back.

I've been looking for good Pho around here for a while now and I loved the Pho they were serving here! I just wished they had more variety!

Ordered delivery twice in 1 week because it was so good I needed to try other items. They did not disappoint. I had a spicy(ish)noodle the 1st time, summer roll with tofu, and the corn/rice pudding. Ate it all in 1 sitting. 1st time having that pudding. So good I ordered it again and added a flan. Next had the curry vegetables with vermicelli, flan, and pudding(again) and summer roll with tofu(again). Drank the curry out of the bowl. (You can try the fork, Spoon, or chopsticks provided but lifting the bowl and pouring it down my throat was more satisfying for me.) There were 2 servings to 1 container (Another positive) and I managed to ration the second serving for the next day to preserve thr experience of eating it.. it wasn't easy wrangling it away from myself but I won.The flan was thicker than I was expecting. Not eggy. And it wasn't floating in a thin caramel. The sauce was thick and balanced. The vegetables in all the different meals were perfect. In the roll they were crispy and fresh and perfectly sized slices. In the curry they were bright and fresh and not too hard that you couldn't bite them or break with a fork or chopstick. You can order directly with them for delivery on thier site. No crazy fees. The delivery was quick and the drivers were both so friendly and nice. I normally wouldn't critique delivery but theirs was thier own and good service. All in all, it was all so good I had to write a review. Vegetarian options: Large compared to most places in the area. Don't come at me.

The vermicelli was amazing. The pork banh mi was awesome. And the tea was delicious. Do not pass on dessert!

We've dined here many times and always have had a great experience. The food is very tasty. I've had their grilled pork shop dish with rice and salad more times then I can remember and it is always wonderful. I tried their pho last time and it was very good. Overall, great place

A good find for great vietnamese cuisine. Yellow curry noodles with grilled chicken was yum with big chunks of grilled chicken that was seasoned very well. The vegetarian pho with the vegetable broth was subtle but lacked a punch. Thai iced tea was a little sweet. The green tea served as we seated, was a nice touch. Will visit again.

The food is decent but some of the workers here are miserable and they will let you know they are.

Fresh and delicious

Protein portions a bit small. Broth is amazing. Would come again!

First time ordering. Absolutely hooked. Got the apps of beef satay and spring rolls followed by grilled rice platters with pork chops + beef. Quality of proteins + produce is A+++. Will ABSOLUTELY be returning.
