This safeway is bad and dirty

Like this Safeway. Friendly, clean and parking is easy to get in and out. Store shelves are kinda bare in spots, and can see where things have gone up in price. Otherwise everything else is still the same Store was busy. Alot of empty spaces. Everything is the same. Still alot of bare spots. Was very disappointed with the Deli today. Asked about their chicken, said they didn't have any and didn't know if they were or when they would cook more. After I got what they had, they decided to cook more. What I got was nasty, tough and dry. I never had such nasty chicken, before from them. Deli workers were rude also. Checked out and the person who checked us out was fantastic. So polite. Today was good. Our cashier was polite. Shelves were somewhat full but prices are way up there. Getting were you cant afford to eat. Today was alright. Checked ourselves out. Prices are getting so high. Went for something for dinner and walked away. Chicken would not be ready for 50 minutes. Alot of empty shelves. And prices have gone up alot more since the last time I went. Cashier was in a bad mood. It was like she didn't want to work. Everything was the same. Cashier was ok. She acted like she didn't want to be there. Woman in the deli was very forgetful. Had to tell her 4 times what we wanted and still forgot part of the meal. Prices are getting higher. Nothing changes just the prices. Shame that we are going to have to decide whether to eat or not. Things have changed so much in prices. I spent 100 on nothing great. Just things we needed.

Super busy but clean store

No one around to check me out; had to use self check out with almost $200 worth of groceries. Not happy with this, groceries are expensive these days, make sure there is someone to check us out.

Great deals

The last time we went shopping here we had got home and realized that all of the items were either expired or about a week or less away from being expired. I guess it could be our fault for not checking dates prior to buying but when we went in the next time & were checking dates most things (the bread the cheese and meat we had looked at) were so close to expiring it wasn’t worth shopping here. Please always check dates when purchasing i don’t usually see this many expired or close to expired items when shopping and we mainly use Safeways..

That's a good store to go to but usually pretty busy.. went today to get Chinese food went to early though so we ended up getting their fried chicken and jojos 8 piece mixed and a pound of JoJo's very very good enjoyed it very much and the lady behind the counter that helped us it was very awesome very pleasant. Excellent food chicken and Joe's. Went to get Chinese food still the same old taste but raised it $2 for the Supreme combo. Went the day after Thanksgiving to just pick up a couple of things because didn't feel like fighting the crowds for Black Friday at Walmart. Paid probably close to double what it would have cost me at Walmart but was more convenient so oh well. Just needed a quick few things to make a beef stew some veggies. Thought I would buy a six pack of Dr Pepper 16.9 oz bottles was way expensive over $8 for the six pack if they would have had a price volume I would not have paid that much so really need to watch the prices because they are more expensive store than Walmart where I do most my shopping. Good for quick in and out shopping
