They treat you great in this store as long as your not a white male then they act like your invisible and ignore you. Racist employees and if this racism was directed towards any other group it would make the news and they would shut down for diversity training
It's a small store, so shelf space is limited and sometimes there's empty space. The staff is friendly and it fits with the small town feel of the store. Ooh I won $300 on a lottery ticket there.
Lots of lights out in the parking lot at night. Small safeway with smaller isles. They do cram a lot in there. And the employees were nice.
Very uncomfortable situation today,a Saturday at 10 a m as 4 senior customers wait in line, only 1 cashier as usual, his name is Brad. As he is bagging groceries I asked if he can call for a bagger or another checker,he became irritated and said "what's the point, there isn't anyone!" Aren't the checkers trained to be calm and courteous to customers?
This is awful! They make me frustrated because my mom needs the chair for rest but they don’t have chairs for elderly people who can’t stand long. I am deaf and hard to communicate with them. They always misunderstand communication. My embarrassment about this!! Safeway is abused for waiting longer standing for elderly persons causes dizziness. They ignored me because hard to communicate because of being deaf. I never go again makes me embarrassed. Safeway needs to improve for elderly people who need rest for chairs! I hate Little Safeway and not friendly people for the deaf who struggle with communication.
This is one of the smaller stores and they have basic needs. Shop late for less wait. I always do and will. They have accessible restrooms with no code required and a sink on the outside for convenience.
Exactly what you'd expect. Always nice customer service attitude here.
Great selection of produce
Overall, this location is clean and convenient. However, lacking in the variety or restocking. But the "It" factor for this location is the staff! It's like a "Mom n Pop shop" Safeway. Totally helpful and I love the friendly banter.
Annoying that you have to be a member to get better pricing thus they track everything you buy. Grocery Outlet has better prices.
Treatment of transient population is heartbreaking. Following them while they shop. Blocking them from entering the store etc. Recently my mother and I decided to buy a meal for a houseless man outside the store. A worker named Pam and a few other associates followed him around the entire store as we waited for him at checkout. What a tacky and mean thing to do. Where is the decorum for ALL customers? Additionally, I made the mistake of trying to buy a gift card with another gift card, which at the time I did not know was not allowed. Pam loudly voiced that I should read the rules of my gift card. When I apologized and let her know that I had in fact purchased a gift card with another gift card at the store before she just loudly repeated “well we’re not allowed you need to read the rules ”. While the rule did in fact become clear to me, there was no need for her to raise her voice. When I returned to the store later to purchase the gift card with cash, Pam followed me to the register to watch the transaction take place. I found this to be quite uncomfortable, and condescending. Although this is my local Safeway I have chosen to venture to other locations. I hope they learn to treat people with more dignity and kindness.
Staff are always helpful and friendly and a great place for a quick stop after work on the way home
Very pleasant shopping experience & courteous cashier name Art, very nice young 👨
This store doesn't have anything. So frustrating. You can't even find goat cheese.
