I had trouble locating many of the things that I needed. Much of the produce seem to be in bad condition, and the employees seemed to be overworked and in need of a break.

Employee was RUDE at self check out when I needed assistance. Horrible lady said Use your card better.

store manager accused my sister of stealing which is so insulting His name is John avoid the place if you don’t want to be accused of stealing

As Mike G. posted about two weeks ago, "the pharmacy is completely unreliable." And very poor service. My elderly mother of almost 90 walked there to get a Covid-19 vaccine this morning (a weekday). Her apartment is pretty much in the same plaza where this Safeway is located. She had already scheduled an appointment. I don't know why the appointment system exists, but she had to wait and wait for a long long time. There was no other patient waiting for shots. She was not even told for a while to go and sit inside the waiting room instead. She called me more than one hour later, completely exhausted and frustrated, to complain to me she just got back and she missed the drug store which used be in the plaza before.
