Safeway Fairway Plaza

This is a very clean and organized Safeway. The staff are nice and friendly. All shelves are well-stocked and organized, which is pleasing to the eyes. It seems Safeway has been updating their stores, and this one definitely has been modernized.

Lots of fresh produce, deli has many yummy things to eat :) - staff friendly and helpful. I often stop in when in south lethbridge to grab a meal / snack to go and pick up fresh sandwich meat and bread.

Shopped here for years, and stock most of what I want. Friendly staff! June 1st, 2024 Edit: They've gone to a self-checkout system in the mornings. I sent a letter to Sobeys customer care to complain about having no service, and they said they would pass on the message to this store... Over a week later and crickets... I don't get paid to do their job, so I've changed my shopping to Walmart and it is actually a lot cheaper. I order online to pickup at the store.. It's too bad since I was a loyal customer for around 12 years or more..
