Safeway

The store is three times as expensive as other stores on some items. I can't do my grocery shopping here. The prices are insulting.

It has gotten better

Druggies and homeless outside but that's the city problem not safeway but I won't send my girl in their by them self coz I don't trust them to not get hurt

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I always find what I need. What can I say, I just really enjoy this particular Safeway.

Went to this Safeway the last two and customer service is not the best. Self checkout personal working there at the time I went in the morning aren’t friendly didn’t even acknowledge anyone. Probably my last time going to this Safeway

This is the second time I've ordered a cake from the bakery there and they have gone above and beyond decorating it!!! I would give Safeway 5 stars but I'm just so disappointed in their prices I just couldn't. The bakery deserves 5+ stars and the prices for cakes here are amazing for what you order!

I was trying to get a refill for my medication and the pharmacist ( her name is kasandra I think) . She said I don't have a refill and refused to give 3 days supply until I see my doctor and I asked her why she replied " I have an authority to do what I want " I was surprised and shocked, I thought they should be there for the patient and respect the law. All other pharmacist or the staff are friendly and helpful. It's not the first time making troubles with me. Before I complain about her to the store manager but nothing was resolved. I'm filling a complain against her to the board of pharmacy. I can't believe the is pharmacist like her want to take authority just to give patient hard time, that's racism as well. Thank you

Grocery pick up at the local store. Saw the aftermath of medical emergency parking lot crash.

I mainly go to the Safeway for drive up pick up & my goodness the ladies who operate that part of the store are wonderful! They go above & beyond to get all the groceries available for me and pick fresh produce/meat. I never have to worry with picking up! They are both so happy and kind and provide such great customer service because they get to know you as you become a regular. It’s a wonderful and easy process and I love that.
