Restaurant staff is not answering the phone for take-out orders tonight. Rude.

First time here and it won’t be my last. The Food is amazing.

I thought food was pretty decent but the service was bad. Waitress could’ve been more helpful and kind. Seating layout a bit cluttered and not too clean. I was with a few others from South America who were craving the cuisine. One in our party was vegetarian and the waitress was rude in offering other alternatives without meat. They didn’t offer water when we sat down neither. Poorly educated wait staff. They started cleaning and mopping next to us when we were eating. Not sure if we were smelling our food or the fabuloso. San Antonio doesn’t have a ton of options with food like this, but we’ll go find our craving elsewhere, we won’t return.

Los empleados no tienen atención al cliente son mujeres groseras mal habladas mal educadas y muy odiosas no tienen empatía y te tratan como si ellas fueran el cliente y uno el empleado fatal!
