Sabine is an independent café and bar on Ballard Avenue. The counter service café is open daily serving espresso drinks, breakfast, lunch, and cocktails. Dinner is served Tuesday–Saturday and features a meal centered around small share plates and Mediterranean inspired dishes. Chef Jacob Dunkleberger has created menus focused on locally-sourced and sustainable Northwest ingredients heavily influenced by his culinary experience and time in the Mediterranean, seasonal flavors, fermentation, and spices. The bar highlights both spirited and non-alocholic cocktails crafted from fresh-squeezed juice and unique flavors. Wine, beer, cider, & non-alcoholic beverages are available.
