Sabbatical Spirits is Spring’s best craft cocktail and spirits bar. We are located right next door to Hop Scholar Ale House, to gain access, walk through Hop Scholar and take the hallway at the back to the left. Both bars share a kitchen that serves burgers, sandwiches, and wings. Sabbatical Spirits offers a wide array of high-quality whiskeys, tequilas, rum, and many other quality liquors. Served perfectly neat or on an ice cube, we also provide wonderfully balanced craft cocktails.
