Ruth's Chris Steak House

Fabier was absolutely amazing! So happy I had the opportunity to have him as my server today! He was extremely knowledgable on the drinks as well as the food! So happy with today’s service! I’ll be back and I’ll make sure I ask for him ;)

They made my date wear a sweater because they said her back was exposed meanwhile there were people in there wearing Tupac t-shirts and shorts. Really? Food was good. Server was overwhelmed but a good guy.

The manager George was rude to us, he walked around and spoke to all the tables but us we were the only black family their at the time. The waiter was rude. For our bill to be $450 dollars you would think their customer service would be great but it wasn't. We will NOT be back here. It's sad that we still have these kind of problems!

Great experience all around

We were celebrating our 30 year anniversary with close friends and found ourselves craving a Ruth’s Chris steak. They sat us in , what I call the ‘overflow’ room at a small table for four. They were kind enough to put a rose on our table. We started off with cocktails, but the pour was light for manhattan’s and classic martinis. Ordered the stuffed mushrooms and shrimp cocktail, very good. Then we ordered dinner and the server didn’t time our food correctly and we were eating our salad with dinner. Not to mention my husband’s wine didn’t get to the table until he was almost finished with his steak. He had the Ribeye and it was a bit ‘grissley.’ The rest of us had filets and the Chilean sea bass, cooked to perfection. Our sides were good and cooked in Ruth’s Chris style. One last note and an another contributor to my low rating on service, I don’t like looking at dishes on the table, we had to ask several times to get our table cleaned. We ate our dinner with the appetizer dishes still on our table. Just a small pet peeve of mine, but I expected more from Ruth’s Chris. So many options in Southpark, I’ll go elsewhere next time.
