Never been so disappointed ☹️ . were should I start 25 dollars for some food.. that had love in it..no seasoning..at all ☹️ oxtails were tough chewy.. just terrible..the rice is yellow with no time no coconut milk no scallions... what the hell definitely not Jamaica Food...Mac and cheese... horrible as well..no seasoning....my girl friend is Jamaican and she was so disappointed.. please do better people work hard for there money.. and gas ain't cheap..

The red beans& rice needed seasoning. My jerk chicken needed seasoning, plus there were still feathers on it, oktails ok, mac n cheese needed flavor, potato salad pretty good, but it was really saucy

I had a craving for some oxtail, without doing all the work, was satisfied !!!!. The rice and beans was very delicious. I would visit again for the shrimp dish that my friends had. Parking: I was able to get parking on the side, with no problem

So let’s start off with, I paid $100 for food that WAS NOT CARIBBEAN FOOD. The rice and beans were completely dry without flavor, the oxtails were baked with ZERO FLAVOR, tasted like nothing. Definitely WAS NOT WHAT WITTH WHAT I PAID. If I could give zero stars I would. The quality of the food was no more then $8

I was blessed to have my retirement party here at Ruthie's with 6 of my best friends that I have known since the savings and loan days to parking enforcement era. Ruthie is the best and what she does she has everyone at heart. My friends enjoyed her. She is the best!!! We got there when she opened at 2pm. We were the only ones there and I'm so glad because we got her undivided attention. The food as always was on point and the atmosphere was as always so beautiful and glamorous. We all enjoyed being there. Thank you again, Ms. Ruthie, thank you again. You are truly a godsend and a blessing for being a BEAUTIFUL Black woman owned business here in Vallejo the City of Opportunity. Mrs. NuNu

At Ruthie's Kitchen, you will experience a hot prepped meal. Her oxtail is a must-have, not to mention her salmon patty. Think Beef Patties are scrumptious, and you will change your mind after her salmon Patty. And her Seamoss..... You can have it delivered, to go, or dine in, whether you want, to rent the space for your get-together. It's all a possibility. This St. Lucian establishment and the owner won't disappoint. The atmosphere is welcoming, friendly, and clean. Get your friends or family or both and visit Ruthie's Caribbean Kitchen. Vegetarian options: Speak to the owner before. She will cater to you.

The food was disappointing especially with such high ratings. The beef patty was not fully cooked and gummy. The oxtails were bland. The Mac and cheese was gross and had a weird seasoning and texture. The Roti did not have Roti wrap.
