Originally I complained about this place but after going a few more times, yes they’ve messed up my order but a simple phone call and it was fixed. Management are very kind, the food is just like most McDonald’s so it’s not a bad thing. I would say it’s the best one in Nanaimo.

They used to do free coffee refills, but they no longer do. It was a very unfortunate time. Otherwise they're a good place. The cleanest McD in town.
