Ruska coffee is a quaint little family owned coffee shop located in downtown Caribou. We serve delicious homemade baked goods and treats, breakfast and lunch items. In addition to many variations of coffee beverages, you can find a multitude of other delicious drink options. We also offer a small gift shop area. We also partner with many local small businesses to bring their wonderful handcrafted foods and creations.
