The food was great, fun atmosphere and always clean. Service was really slow today but they looked short staffed.

Not eating there again- ever! Ordered chicken tenders and fries for the grandchild, came pretty quick...for a reason. Chicken tenders were raw inside. Wague excuse from waiter. Shakes were fine, but not gonna risk my family health there again. Ruby's reached out, I wrote the store explaining in details....No response from Ruby's in 6 months

Terrible experience will not return. Chicken tenders were overdone,had to hunt waiter down to get silverware to eat. Did not receive my complete order check needed correction.
