Ruby Bar & Tapas

We had a memorable evening at Ruby's where we were greeted warmly by John and seated in a cozy and relaxing bar/ dining room. The tapas selection was terrific, making it hard to decide what delights to choose from! I was not disappointed with my selections of empanadas, burrata salad, stuffed mushrooms & calamari. The flan for dessert was masterfully presented as well. We will definitely be back!

I tried almost every restaurant in nanuet for penne a la vodka and this one has the best by far and nicely priced.

Had my engagement party here. But loved the place before that. The service is above & beyond. Best cocktails around and just overall great, chill date night, hang out atmosphere. Recommend the apple martini & cheese plate!

Omg what a beautiful experience a friend and myself had here! The manager Johnny and the bartender were very nice and patient with us! Talked to us danced a little, showed some Amazing happy hours. The vibe in there is beautiful it's very calm and sexy! Great spot for an after work quick drink! We purchased a bottle of wine Johnny came to make sure he put it on ice and refilled out cups until we were done! Will for sure be back! I also had the lambchops which were amazing!

This place is a hidden gem. Food is great, the atmosphere is great.
