Terrible place, food tasted gross, not satisfactory quantities, my husband ordered my 3 year old the cheese quesadilla from kids meal (even my daughter didn't liked the food, literally said "eww, yucky") and cheese tasted horrible and spoiled, i had the loaded nachos with stale chips, not even half a spoon of sour cream, little bit of meat (steak) probably not even a handful of it, made my stomach hurt after a couple bites ; we got our son the beans and cheese burrito, beans had no flavor and also tasted spoiled. my husband paid 11.99 for a really tiny California burrito (if you can call it that) burrito was so small that he literally finished it in like 3-4 bites or less and that's it burrito was gone. never coming back here. if you guys going to charge so much then make the money worth paying for.

i ordered my favorite, a street corn bowl. aside from this being the smallest bowl i ever received from rubio’s, they did not put any black beans or mojo sauce and also forgot to add my sour cream which i was charged extra for :(( so so sad. def don’t recommend this location

Chicken was not well cooked and very little amount although I paid extra. I think you need to reconsider the portions!!

Very slow and you will not get what order. They always miss something. I used to like this place, but now nothing as it was and it tastes bad.

Still waiting 40 min for a single bean and cheese burrito on Saturday 8/19

We were here on a Saturday (8/19) at noon. You would think they'd be fully prepared for a weekend lunch time but they weren't. The service and food were awful. I assume it was a shift leader or manager who took our order. She was rude. Then we waited 20 minutes for our food to come out. The kids bean burrito was fine but the kids chicken bites with fries was awful. It was a few little pieces of old rubbery chicken in a hard fried outer layer, with I kid you not, like 5 french fries. I went back up to the counter to ask about the dish (which is $7) and the manager addressed me as I approached with "What?" I couldn't believe it. She told me that was the kids meal and that was that. We ended up throwing it away. We saw 1 lady in the back making food and eventually saw a 3rd person towards the end. Every customer waited forever for their food. The woman who helped us definitely needs to be fired. We won't be back. Seems like all the other reviews had a similar experience. Don't go here. Anywhere else in the food court would be better than this.
