We had tacos and fried pork. The service was amazing, coffee was amazing food was amazing. I have nothing bad to say. It was so good if you get a chance eat there. It wasn’t that expensive given the quality of food and atmosphere too.
Rubimar is a hidden gem and makes, by far, the best mofongo my wife and I have ever had. Ana our waitress was welcoming and makes an excellent mojito. The chef even made an appearance, and I cannot complement his cooking enough. The atmosphere was very nice for our anniversary dinner. I highly recommended this place, and look forward to returning.
We had ceviche and octopus after a day at the beach and the food, cocktails and service were fantastic! My husband loves octopus and said this was the best he’s ever had. The portions are large so bring your appetite!

Notable items: the fried red snapper (~1lb, ~$30) they fry it whole, presented on a bed of rice, and as long as you know how to eat whole fish (cut down the spine to avoid the bones) The appetizer sampler is perfect if you want a little bit of everything. The shrimp mofongo was huge and shrimp very fresh. Reasonable prices?: Again, the Fried Red snapper was standard market price, but absolutely delicious. Other items were also priced fairly! Most worth: Fried red snapper! Overall opinion: For how close it is to a landmark, prices were reasonable, portions were large and cooked very well.
