Great food, great service, awesome drinks. The soup will magically make you feel better when under the weather and the coleslaw is the best made ….. ever

They can't even get a simple salade wright.. there is almost always something wrong with my orders.

Je n'ai jamais vu plus horrible comme service, je ne recommande à personne ce restaurant, employés incapable de servir quelqu'un d'une façon même "raisonnable", attente interminable dans un restaurant vide.. nous avons même pas attendu le repas, moi et ma famille avons simplement quitter cette établissement des plus médiocre. PS: vivement l'aller pour celui sur Maisonneuve.

Wonderful service! Bilingual! (I was out with a friend on Family Day, and travelled from Carleton Place, Ontario to Gatineau, Québec.) The service was kind, helpful, prompt and professional! The food was really good and they accommodated with precision my restrictions! The best Rotisserie chicken by far! The place is beautiful, modern and has a clean, intimate, and warm feel! I will be back! Dietary restrictions: It was easy to state that I wanted no skin, no sald dressing, no sauce, no bread, no fries and no coleslaw.

I’m a frequent client order once a month, usually no issues but every time I order half rack of ribs and 4 chicken filets combo, I only get the ribs and have to call back for them to deliver the filets. I have never had issues other than this, my family loves the food, service, delivery is great. No complaint other than before delivery orders should be checked. Having to wait half hour to get your missing food, is not a great experience. That’s why I’m giving 4 stars.

Vraiment déçu tu paie 50$ pour un hotchiken et un repas une cuisse la nourriture arrive froide et ratatiner. Tu prends la peine de spécifier que tu veux avoir la nourriture chaude. J'habite a même pas 10 minutes du restaurant. Très décevant en plus il te demande un pourboire quand le pourboire a prime a bord était pour le service. C'est carrément du vol.

Jai commande une commande pour emporter (5 repas) avec des frites sechees et ressemblant a du carton. Horrible

La proprete du restaurant reste a desirer. La cuisse de poulet n a presque pas de viande. Plus de gras. Clairement le satisfaction de la clientele n est pas au coeur des priorites du restaurateur.
