My all time favorite place to go when visiting GTA

The food was delicious and spicy Ambience was good I tried blueberry soda it was bland but later it was good also I ordered the soup Was up to mark

I had been coming to Royal Jasmine for 10 years, but this time went after a years gap. I have to say that food quality has gone down a little bit. Their hot & sour soup and crispy beef used to be my all-time favorite, but this time, they were not up to the standards. I was telling my family that this used to be my #1 Hakka Chinese spot, but unfortunately, the quality of food has declined. Their servers were really good in terms of service.

Deserves 5 stars but they never get the spice levels correct. Food is delicious.

Hot and sour soup was nasty. Noodles were undercooked. I've tried them twice now and horrible both times. Hire chefs not int students

My recent experience at Royal Jasmine was far from satisfying. Once renowned for their exceptional food and service, it's regrettable to witness such a noticeable decline. The quality of the food has taken a noticeable hit. Previously delightful dishes now lack the flavor and finesse they once possessed, suggesting a noticeable decline in culinary standards. Additionally, the service left much to be desired. The staff appeared disinterested and inattentive, indicating a shift away from prioritizing customer satisfaction. As a former patron who once enjoyed Royal Jasmine's exceptional cuisine and service, it's disheartening to witness this decline. Without significant improvements, I cannot recommend this establishment to others.

It's really hard to hear/understand the people when phoning in an order.
