Round Table Pizza

Good News..under new management!! We actually quit coming here awhile ago, after a few times being back.. Amazing pizza and service again.. the place is clean, there is always someone cleaning something. Don't take the new dayshift manager away, he is doing an outstanding job here..

Around 7pm we placed an order for delivery. Around 8:30pm we finally called to ask about the order and they said the driver tried to deliver it but no one answered the door and the driver called the phone number twice and no one answered. I was only a few feet from the door and did not receive any phone calls. We checked our ring camera and no one ever came to our door. They offered to have a new one sent over in 15 mins. 9pm and still no order. My husband called and they said it was delivered. It was not. Again nothing on the ring camera. I quadruple checked the phone number and address but they were correct. So they said they would deliver a third one. This time around I get a text with tracking info and updates. 2 1/2 hours later we finally get our order.

l was upset. l called and asked when to call to order 2 pizzas at 4:45 and he said he would take my order then and put in at the right time. When l got there at 4:45 it was not ready and l don't even think he put order in. So l said l would wait for it eventhough l wanted to get home for Forty Niners football game at 5:00. Luckily they had a great tv with game on but people kept waking or standing in front of it. l waited until 5:30 before l got my pizzas. My husband's pizza that was combination was awful. All the ingredients looked fried in the type of very thin crust. lf you can't make a pizza better than that should have a different product.

Excellent customer service. Cashier that took my order went out of his way to make me feel at home. Great value for the price of the salad bar and atmosphere! Thank you!!

The toilet and the sink in the bathrooms were moldy. The pizza was bland, it didn’t even taste like anything. The service was terrible. Would not recommend anyone go here especially for how pricy everything is.

They had pornography on the TV in the cafe area and i walked in with my kids in tow. Imagine our shock !! When we asked for a manager he didnt even bother to respond!!

Went to purchase a gift card, was told only a general manager could sell them and no general managers were working that day, told to come back the next day at 11:00. Came back the following day at 11:10, sign says they open at 11:00, but it was closed. Decided not to waste any more time, there's lots of other restaurants to choose from.

Garbage at delivery pizza is trash customer service can’t think of anything good to say about this place now that I’ve waited 2 hours for my pizza to get to me just for it not to get to and and have to wait another 2 hours for a pizza with no compensation or anything. Just a sitting here waiting for everything to close so I have no choice but to wait another 2 hours just for a pizza. WOULD NEVER DO THIS AGAIN
