SCHAUMBURG: We're a family-owned and operated local sandwich shop in Schaumburg, IL. I wanted to open up this second Rosie's Sidekick Sandwich Shop location because I want to reach more of the Chicagoland area and feed good food to people. Our bread is homemade with no GMOs. We have homemade eggplant parm, homemade meatballs, homemade Italian roast beef! If you haven't noticed, there's a lot of homemade going on at Rosie's Sidekick. Even the cannoli are homemade.
