Roses New York Restaurant

I wish there were more places like this in midtown as well. I usually order from uber eats and this restaurant is perfect. However last night I came with my persian friends and we really enjoyed our time there. Lady Elham there was the best. She was checking on us regularly and made sure everything is good. Thanks roses for perfect service and food

We usually come in March from the United States to Toronto to celebrate Nowruz with family. Roses is like a nostalgia to us and every year we come here. This year the food was fantastic and what caught my attention and amazed me was Elham who was super nice to us and doing her job as if it is her own business and was worried a lot if we liked the food. And is there anything she can do to make us enjoy more. I rarely see this customer service in Iranian places and I highly rate it. She was so professional. Hopefully we’ll be back next year and have another great time in roses.

The worst quality among Persian restaurants/fast foods

We had tea for the evening. The atmosphere is good. There are small TVs beside each table showing fire flames that give a romantic vibe. The personnel was polite and friendly.

We are so grateful to Rose NewYork restaurant, not only for their tasty food, also for amazing customer service specially a lady calls Elham. I have to say, been such a long time, we didn’t experience real customer service, Elham, I came there with all my family and then myself alone. We never met before, But seeing your great customer service making me to drive all the way from downtown to eat there. Thank you for setting up the bar so high, specially within Iranian business
