Rose Inn

This little hole in the wall was an absolute gem to eat lunch today. It was a recommendation from a local, and the only disappointment for me is there isn't one in Ohio. I was welcomed and served by Cleo. (I hope I spelled that correctly.) She took some time to make some recommendations and I eventually settled on the steak hoagie with their crispy fries and beer cheese. The hoagie was delicious. It melts in your mouth, but the bread has a nice crispness on the outside. Get it with the pepper jack cheese is my recommendation. But the best part were the fries and beer cheese. They were light, crispy, and the cheese is perfect for dipping the fries in. Could not have had a better lunch and experience. If for any reason I find myself anywhere near this area, I will go out of my way to stop in to The Rose for a meal again.

Great food and always friendly people. I always come here when I'm up to visit my family. It's a far cry from what it once was many years back. They have really endeavored to make this the place to go in the area.

Everything was nice and relaxing here. Food was great and Staff was fantastic.
