We were served mostly by Wit. She was very friendly, warm and knowledgeable about the menu. She was able to advise based on our questions. A real asset to your restaurant.

I visited Rosa's on March 29 - I was treating my mom to an evening meal. On arrival we waited for the tables to be cleaned, we then waited 20 minutes for someone to take our drinks order and then a further 25 minutes for our drinks to arrive. By this point the tables next to us had all left and the dirty plates and food were around us for at least 30 minutes. The service was the worst I have ever experienced, we asked for a bit more sauce as we had only been offered the tiniest amount with our starters but it came so late that we didn't bother asking again. There was no cutlery on our table so we asked twice for this and we're only given forks and spoons so I had to get up and look for proper cutlery. I informed the waitress during our meal that we are having a terrible experience, but the waitress reminded me that she was just really busy. Our main meal arrived Luke warm but by this point we just wanted to leave, nothing about our experience was positive. Having to look for your own cutlery and napkins is poor. The staff were just unable to keep up with the pace of service and I don't think it's acceptable to dine amongst dirty tables and left over food that's just sitting there. In fact, the waitress cleaning the tables was just throwing the remaining food on tables to the floor. I've always dined in Richmond and have never seen such a terrible approach to service and dining. The managers just had their phones out while everyone else was rushing and the floor was sticky with spilt drink and food remains. As mentioned I tried to let the waitress know the service was terrible and I was trying to give my mom a nice evening out. This isn't good - do better Rosa's.
