My visit to Rosario’s was profoundly disappointing, marred by service that was neglectful and disrespectful. Upon arrival, we were seated but then completely ignored for an agonizing 20 minutes, with not a single staff member coming by to greet us or take our order. The lack of basic hospitality was startling. When the food finally arrived, it was cold, as if it had been sitting out, neglected just like us. The quality of the meal was far below what one would expect from a restaurant with such a reputation. To add insult to injury, while we were still contemplating dessert, we were abruptly asked if we were ready for our bill, rushing us out before we had even decided to conclude our meal. It felt as though our presence was an inconvenience, possibly due to our age, which is unacceptable and discriminatory. Overall, the experience was disheartening. A restaurant's essence is not only in its food but in the warmth and respect it offers its patrons. Unfortunately, Rosario's failed dramatically in providing the basic courtesies expected from a dining establishment. We left feeling disrespected and undervalued, determined never to return.
