Terrible service. First time here dining in we went and sat down, the restaurant was dead it was 8pm so not near closing time. Sat there for 15 minutes and not one employee acknowledged us. I was confused, are we supposed to order up front? I didn't see any signs saying to do so. And even if that's the case why let us just sit at a table like fools waiting for service? How hard is it to say, you need to order up front OR I'll be right with you? Unfortunately we weren't able to try the food because we left and won't be returning.
I've frequented this establishment for many years now; never had a problem with service or product however, within the past 2 months, I've ordered twice and received sub-par food. The first issue was no top cheese on my Extravaganza, the second was unordered ingredients in a Calzone - a lot of onions and garlic, when I simply ordered meatballs and extra cheese. I'm done here. Great salads, pizza's, and spaghetti. Free drink refills. A great place to go out to eat.
Had the Greek gyro. Very tasty.
As a former employee of this place, still love it and enjoy the food! Food is always good when dining in. Miss my old Rome's crew at De Zavala and when Bandera/1604 was open!

The pizza was really good! Would come back again! 🍕
My family has been eating at Rome’s for years. I rarely get pizza because historically I have very much enjoyed the Gyro. Tonight something was very different. While my wife’s pizza looked amazing, the Gyros my son and I ordered were terrible. Possibly the worst Gyro I have ever had anywhere. It was pretty much all pita with very little meat and it was flavorless. It was very light on the tzatziki spread. So it was basically a very dry, cardboard tasting disaster. Please step the game back up on the Gyro. My wife gave her artichoke pizza (which as I said, looked great) 3.5 stars. My son and I settled on 2 stars for the Gyro. We met in the middle at 3 stars for the food rating as a family. Not sure where the other 1.5 stars on my wife’s pizza went. She didn’t explain what could have been better about it. We love Rome’s though. We will be back… but help me out with the Gyro quality. Please and thank you. 😉
One of our family favorites. Stromboli - excellent. Pizza - excellent. Calzon - excellent. What we love most is that they will make whatever combination you want without question or exception. You can always default to one of their large, crispy, fresh salads and add a protein.
My first time here. You got to come try it's awesome.
The sauce was very watery. As if they didn’t drain the water from the pasta before adding the sauce. There was no way the staff preparing it could have missed it, yet they chose to send it to us like that. Not cool. The meatballs were flavorful but not enough to compensate for a lack of marinara sauce
I went there for the first time this past weekend and must say that the pizza looks and smells delicious. I wish there was a location in the DFW area.
The home made sauce is awesome
Good pizza and good service.
I always love to try new pizza spots and this one did not disappoint. The restaurant was very clean and had tons of open seats. The cashiers were very friendly. The food came out pretty fast and tasted really good. Very calm restaurant that was nice to relax and enjoy a dinner. I will return for sure if I am on this side of town.
I went in because i seen they had an help wanted sign on the door i was already in the area getting my car looked at so i went in to grab an application for my younger brother & the man at the counter was very rude. I was on the phone when i picked up the application but i was not talking on it & as i walked out he say “yeah maybe the next time your picking up an application you shouldn’t be on the phone”. Just lost a loyal customer because me & my family eat here all of the time will never be back
