Haven't been here in years but the last time I've been in the service was great the one in our location I don't think it's open anymore so I have to try another one soon

Lola, you did an amzing job tonight. It was my first time there and you helped me pick all the right dishes. Thank you for making our date night even more Special.

The food was good but I had the worst service experience in my life at this restaurant. I had a party of 8 guests to celebrate my wife's birthday. The server was terrible. The restaurant at the time only had 2 or 3 full besides mine so there was no reason not to give me enough attention. I had always to chase the waitress all the time. The waitress, did not smile at all times, Did not show any empathy to any of us at the table, the waitress did not present herself and the worst was that I brought up a birthday cake and ask the waitress to keep in the fridge and when time is right I would let her know to bring the cake. Then when one of the my guests was in the bathroom, she brought my wife's cake without my consent and worse all the dishes from our entrees was still on the table. How can you bring deserts without taking the dirty dishes out of the table. I described my experience there as a "Service Disaster". I certainly Do Not recommend this restaurant.

While this restaurant chain has been around for a number of years it's still highly underrated for the quality of food. However because of the drop off of covid they have reduced their menu even though they have so much more that they used to offer. I would love to see them bring back their full menu.

Poor service, only 1 server for the whole restaurant. Food was tasteless

Very good Italian food, the fries with the sauce is so good. I ordered the moma plate 🍽️ the artichoke dip melts in your mouth. The Mac and cheese was very good It’s a vibe here

Horrible place!!! Closed out of nowhere and didn’t tell any of their employees until the day they closed. Yucky food, bad management, gross atmosphere, the only good thing about it was some nice staff members. Glad it closed because it sucked, angry that they are horrible people to their staff.

Primera vez que voy a este restaurante con mi familia y de verdad todo estuvo pésimo, el trato del mesonero con poca experiencia, no dejo ordenar a gusto, no dio opciones, los tragos pésimos pedí una Italian margarita y otro trago adicional y ambos pésimos solo sabían a agua con licor de verdad no recomendaría este restaurant , deberían buscar un buen bar tender, adicional a esto es piso al caminar se sentía la grasa en el piso muy poca iguiene

They need more servers
