Always great food and service

I try hard to support local businesses. I ordered a margherita carolis. I was told they were out of fresh Basil, but had dried. Okay, That's cool, let's go with that. I added chicken and black olives. I received a chicken and cheese carolis. It took a good 10 minutes to get a waitress, her response was, ummm.... do you want that remade? My whole family had eaten and were ready to go before I ever received my meal. The replacement had mushrooms.. I'm allergic to mushrooms . Jokes on me apparently. Waitress said well I guess it's just bad luck. I'm sorry I can't support a business that will not listen to a customer.

Food was hot and ready when I went to pick it up. Everyone was very friendly and efficient and the gal up front did a very kind gesture when I forgot to add a drink to my meal and went to pay for it there. Great service!

I love Romas. Anytime I need a good meal, this is the place I go. I especially appreciate the excellent staff. Angie was so kind to me and my friends and made our dining experience 100X better. I will come again. :)

Ive been dining at Romas for 15+ years and have never been treated this way. The waitress rolled her eyes when I asked what beer specialty options they had. We were also in a hurry and wanted to place our order at the same time as our drinks and the waitress further sneered. I get employees are hard to come by in this economy, but this was ridiculous, surreal and humorous the encounter was. I left a $0 tip and willbe eating at another location in the future.

Always have a great time here and the delicious options are plenty. Love the taco pizza! Kid-friendliness: They have balls of dough for kids to play with and they can also watch them make the pizzas

I have been saving Italian food so I stopped in. I was to put disappointed to notice that I couldn’t use my Valpak coupons or Roma coupons because they needed to be printed out. I went ahead and tried the all you can eat or unlimited spaghetti I went ahead and added some meatballs, the sauce was very strong, very overpowering and didn’t have very many seasonings so that was kind of disappointing The pasta was not al dente. It was kind of overcooked. The service was excellent other than looking for her a couple of times, but overall was someone disappointed with my meal.
