pretty obvious scam i got almost no fish left hungry and sad
This is a late review but if your a seasoned sushi eater..Avoid! It's fast food beginner sushi
Came to eat at 8:15pm. Ordered soy paper for an extra fee. Rolls were made with seaweed. My brother came in at 8:25pm to join us along with multiple other couples and the 2 girls said no they were closed and locked the door. Sign says 9pm.. Soda machine also broken with a bed sheet over it.
Ridiculous. Thirty three minutes waiting. Their excuse after looking around an empty room when I finally found an employee was " I don't know what to tell you." " Orders were ahead of you". Well, I know what to tell you. They work as if they are IN A SLOW MOTION VIDEO. There were ZERO people in the shop. This is our THIRD repeat visit to this shop and it's gone DOWNHILL. It's ZFG sushi. (zero f's given). It's pretty good food, actually. But poorly run and not worth the experience anymore. It has declined considerably recently. Yes, we gave it second and third chances. Food isn't the problem, atmosphere isn't the problem, it's slow and inconsiderate employees. They work in slow motion and could care less. Probably (likely) were on a (weed) smoke break when we arrived during 7pm dinner hours. Maybe it'll become a cannabis dispensary next . We can't do one star. We'll downgrade to two. The food is good & the place is nice. Comfortable lounge area vibe when you are required to sit for a half-hour and watch slow motion employees (not a good show by the way). Tip: BRING A BOOK
Didn’t even get to chance to eat. The guy behind the counter was very unwelcoming and rude. Very unprofessional.
This place used to be a go to spot for me but it has changed so much in the worst way. I just went tonight and it’s probably my last time going. I paid $5 extra for topping only to come home with the food and see it wasn’t there. Every roll tasted bad. I tipped too. Spent $50 on 3 rolls + tip. Workers weren’t friendly either. Don’t come here.
Awful service. Rude, arrogant and unprofessional. That was even before we received food. The guy at the register is in the wrong business. What happened to this place?? Just awful
Dude this place would be so good if they could manage to make my food correctly. Not only do I pay more for how I want my sushi rolls made, but I also make a special note so they don’t miss the details. Multiple dinners have had to be thrown away due to this, three to be exact. Slow down and read the order slip.
I recently visited Roboto Sushi in St. Petersburg, excited to enjoy some sushi, but was met with an unwelcoming atmosphere that really impacted my dining experience. From the moment I placed my order, the staff member I interacted with seemed indifferent to my presence, making me feel undervalued as a customer. Despite patiently waiting for my order, the attitude of "I don't care about you" was palpable, and it cast a shadow over my entire visit. It's disheartening because dining out is not just about the food but also about the experience and feeling welcomed. Unfortunately, my visit to Roboto Sushi left me feeling sad and disregarded. I hope this feedback can be a constructive reminder that the way customers are treated profoundly affects their overall satisfaction and desire to return.
Used to go here all the time and it’s been slowly going downhill. Went tonight and they didn’t put the lava mix I paid for on one of the rolls and the other build your own roll was wrong. Don’t bother going to this place.
